About our founder, Adam Whittaker

In agency new business since 1988.

Adam Whittaker has spent his career building new business for agencies. He founded RSW in 1992, co-founded RSW/US in 2003, and has led the business since it became Manifest in 2015. Today Manifest sits at the forefront of outsourced agency business development.

The story so far

1988Began in agency new business development, working with agencies including LGM, Delaney Fletcher Delaney and Banner & Co, followed by Bowes Darby and Communicator.

1992Set up RSW (Reardon Smith Whittaker).

2003Co-founded RSW/US with Mark Sneider.

2013Sold his share in RSW/US.

2015RSW became Manifest, since cementing its place at the forefront of outsourced agency business development.

Hundreds of agencies helped. Hundreds of millions in new revenue won.
