Adam Whittaker started his life in agency new business development in 1988 working for such agencies as LGM, Delaney Fletcher Delaney and Banner & Co.
This was followed by stints at Bowes Darby and Communicator before setting up RSW (Reardon Smith Whittaker) in 1992. In 2003 he co-founded RSW/US with Mark Sneider before selling his share in 2013.
RSW became Manifest in 2015 and has since then cemented its place at the forefront of outsourced agency business development helping hundreds of agencies win hundreds of millions in new revenue.
